Please be sure to include an apartment and/or suite number if applicable.
All sales are final but please submit a contact form if anything is wrong with your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at (866) 432-2022 firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, mask, and accessories.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send it to the address that our customer service provided.
Signature is required at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept return only exchanges
Any product that you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
